Our professional mission is to support our community to advance aviation. Last year,Women in Aviation, International awarded nearly $750K worth of scholarships to its members.
Whether it’s scheduling a first flight lesson or preparing for a business interview, we strive to make anything possible. Scholarships allow our members to reach their goals and strengthen all of aviation.

Our members also benefit from networking and exclusive assistance help from our diverse member group. Several members found employment or received career counseling from the Yankee Ladies.
