We have just announced a fundraising event at Buffalo Wilds in Ypsilanti, MI on March 12th 2012 all day.  March is a busy month for us so vs a traditional meeting, we will have a fundraiser at BWW.

Join us on March 12th anytime between 6-9PM at BWW to dine and socialize with our members.  Our fundraiser will be going on all day so if you can’t meet us for dinner, consider having lunch which also will help the Yankee Ladies.

The fall is an exciting time of the year for the Yankee Ladies because we find out who our foster children are that we are going to sponsor for Operation Good Cheer.   This organization has been flying gifts to foster children all over the state and Yankee Ladies is proud to be a part of this event for the fourth year in a row.

We have decided to sponsor two children this year – one boy and one girl.

We are looking for people who would be willing to:

•          Coordinate which members want to go shopping for specific gifts on the list
•          Setting up a wrapping night for members
•          Coordinating who will deliver the gifts to the drop off location

We want to thank Elgene for being the Coordinator in 2010!!
